Balance
Balance is tangible, mathematical. It is impartial and unbiased; immune to ego and emotion. It is measurable, two sides are either level or not.
Decisions we make everyday affect the balance of both ourselves and the world around us. Before we can work together towards balance and equality we need to talk about the imbalance. Too often the conversation of imbalance is started from those who are on side (or plate) that balance is not favour of, while those in favour remain silent as to not upset the advantage they are currently enjoying.
Is your goal to level the imbalance, or to simply be on the ‘winning’ team?
